"Old Legend"

I fell in love with a hauntingly beautiful tuba quartet piece - Etienne Crausaz's "Old Legend":

I then excitedly strong-armed a few people to work it up with me and ordered parts from SheetMusicPlus.com (the only US based site I could find it on, the other was in Switzerland)
BUT Unfortunately, the composer is also in Switzerland and apparently Sheet Music Plus has to send a triathlete bicycle messenger to his house and then have the parts swim back via seagoing carrier turtle (6-8 weeks).
Thought I might even beg the composer himself for a pdf, but I can't even find him on anything other than a silly abandoned myspace page and references to him on other people's sites.
I can prove purchase,
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B0VKT4H ... p=drivesdk
but does anybody maybe have it in pdf?
If not, even info on how to contact the composer directly would be helpful.
Thanks!
