Brass Retreat in the Outer Banks

Post by John Banther »

Hi Everyone,

Wanted to let you know of a great opportunity!

The Rodney Mack Philadelphia Big Brass Outer Banks Retreat will be accepting Tuba/Euphonium and Trombone this year.

It is a great hang in the Outer Banks, always a really big nice house next to the beach! Past teachers at the retreat have included greats like Wynton Marsalis, Jose Sibaja, Jens Lindeman, and many others.

I will be teaching Tuba/Euphonium this year. You can read a bit about me at http://www.JohnBanther.com" target="_blank" target="_blank
Zenas Kim will be teaching Trombone.

This would be a great opportunity to hang and learn from greats of other brass instruments.

The dates are December 29 - January 5, and you can read all the details here: http://www.rmpbb.com/artist.php?view=reper&rid=901" target="_blank" target="_blank

Feel free to contact me with questions as well! Hope to see you there!

I attended a few years ago and had a wonderful time. The clinician was Alan Baer.
