Concerto by Robert Jager

Hello everyone, great to finally be part of the forum after just reading it for so long.
Sorry for my first post to be one of need, but I need the band score and parts for the Concerto for Tuba by Robert Jager. Might anybody have it that might be willing to c(ahem!)opy or part (excuse my pun) with it for a reasonable price? Would love to have the piece, and rental really isn't an option. Any ideas on other places to look would be more than welcome.
