On the high side, a high Bb above middle C and then a pedal C on the low end.

That would be octave below pedal CC, achieved by some sort of tongue-flapping by Bobo, I hear.

Oops! I forgot about that one note.
Since that note is literally"tongue-flapping" and more of a special effect, I wouldn't include it in the actual range of the piece.
The double pedal C only appears once and the next note in the range is the pedal C.

As far as I know, there is no pedal D in the piece. The lowest marked note is a 15va below C (the tongue-flapping note). Other than that, there are plenty of pedal Cs and a couple of pedal C#s.
I double checked the score today, just to be sure.
