Question for Sibelius users

Can any of you who use the Sibelius notation package figure out how to make the rhythm dots larger on notes? I need to do this for a sight-imparied friend and I've got to admit that I'm at a loss.

Never mind--I figured it out--you have to edit the Opus font using a TrueType font editor.

You can adjust everything, it seems, but the size of dots. You can adjust their position, but their size (in relation to the notehead) is dictated by the font size.
