The easiest way to do this without involving having to know exact inside and outside diameters is to just buy matched sets of inner and outer tubing from Allied.

The larger King thumbrings are available from Conn-Selmer. I haven't tried to buy them from Allied but they may have them too.

Sure wish I could find a junker with a low pitch slide crook. That would be perfect .
You could use your existing inner and outer slide tubes as they are and just replace the ferrules with longer ones. You'll need to insert some 'filler tubes' inside the new, longer ferrules.
