Bell's Judas Maccabeus variations in C instead of Bb?

We all know Beethoven's Judas Maccabeus variations, adapted to tuba by Bill Bell. He transposed the original cello version into B flat major, which makes is pretty easy on a BBb tuba. Anyone know whether there is a printed version of the same in C major, one note higher?
(Yes, I know about MuseScore, Sibelius, and Finale, but a real published version would be much better this time.)
