These do not look like domestic sousaphone parts.

The neck looks 'King-ish' but the bits are not like anything I've seen before.

Could be they are Asian in origin and making a feeble attempt to copy the post-1987 Conn Selmer production tubas EXCEPT for the 20K.

I'd say contact the seller and if he cannot give you specifics... don't buy 'em.

That first link is a little confusing... a SET consisting of a neck AND two bits will cost you $135.

The second link appears to be King bits.

he's selling a lot of Mexican/banda- oriented stuff. Being chrome they aren't typical for a Conn (as stated in the ad) and the neck looks more King, but the bits don't really look familiar at all.
