... on a Kansas City, Missouri license plate, and I'm betting that it's gotta be one of you folks on here! If so, I was following you for a bit this afternoon on my way from KCI back here to Springfield. Traffic was crazy, so I couldn't get a look at ya to see if I knew ya!
