MAW valve not an option

MAW valve is not an option on compensators, and most one cannot even
use the Bloke fingerbuttons as they sport euph size ones.
Except for the old Antoine Courtois 181, B&S 3181 and Miraphone Ambassodor

The Mira needs a li'll bit of shaving, but that is all that's needed on the others too

A few minutes work for a much more preferable button than most standard ones
Also. They gives quite a bit lower stack height. Felt better for me.

Yes, the buttons are great. Weight saver and feels good to the fingers. These housing caps are as Bloke's already spotted Miraphone with it's characteristic tall lip, so shaving was for comfort only. They would go flush with the lip if not

Cool stuff! So, how did you shave the lip on the MIraphone cap?

I used a lathe, but a powerdrill, a steel file and a M8 bolt with a nut would serve just as well. :)

Wilk could probably make for a compensaing, and he agreed that it might do even more on a top action compensating valve. It was just not something he could offer at this moment
