Is there any significance between the "fancy" and "normal" styles of engraving on Meinl-Weston tubas?

For example, this is the "fancy" (loopy/floral):



This is the "normal" (logo):

What about the engraving on mine? Imported by Getzen?

The fancy engraving is usually applied specially to hand-made tubas, and the normal to standard production tubas.

If I remember correct, the special engraving added several hundred pounds to the price - I had on my hand-made 2040/5 Eb
