Questions about Alec Wilder's Suite for Trumpet and Tuba

Hello,
I will be performing this piece in March and I have some questions about it.
1) Most of the movements do not have tempo markings. Does anyone have some markings, or have prepared tempos from previous performances?
2) I have asked around with not much luck, but is there a recording available of this piece?
