I'm starting to look around for a 14K-style Pan American or Cavalier BBb sousaphone. A "stencil" horn would be just fine--especially if it could be had "for a song".
I have seen Pan Am basses sold under the following stencil brands:
Wurlitzer
Carl Fischer
Superior
Fillmore
Surely there must be others--an instrument with a serial number beginning with a "P" is a dead giveaway. Does anybody have other names to add to the list?
