Mike,
Let me know if you don't find one on the sties above...Chester gave me a copy years ago, but I'm not sure if it survived the housefire a couple years ago...I'll look.

Oh yes...what a beautiful day...April 12, 2001...the smell of BBQ chicken, steaks, & shrimp on the grill, then next thing you know, the smell of burning house... Trust me, I give him plenty of hell for burning up all my stuff. Luckily, I was teaching that day, and had both my tubas with me.
