Trying to locate the score to…

Hello my friends!
The community band that I play with - L.A. Symphonic Winds - will be doing Warren Benson's "The Leaves Are Falling" on our next concert. Our conductor's copy of the score is missing the last page. Does anyone out there have access to this piece? If so, could you scan the last page (both sides are needed) and email me the PDF? I'd be willing to offer you a copy of a 4 movement Telemann duet (originally for 2 Flutes or Violins) for 2 Tubas that I have transcribed. Or perhaps you'd like one of my brass quintet arrangements?
Either way, any help that someone can offer is welcomed! Thanks in advance!!
