Gig Bags

Hello everybody!
I am acquiring a Meinl Weston 25 next year and I would need to purchase a case for that. My budget is very limited as I am just a student. Protec bags appear to be pretty good, I'm just having trouble finding a bag that would fit the bell size properly. Is it ok if there is extra room for it to move around? And what are y'all thoughts on gig bags?
Thanks!

I'm using a Protec bag for my MW 25 and I like it just fine. I appreciate the fact that it's side-zipping case, rather than a top-loader, and it's been plenty durable to bring my horn from house to band practice. It's holding up fine to the hauling and all zippers work great. The padding isn't particularly thick, so I don't think the horn would do well with a drop or hard smack against something solid, but as a carry bag in careful hands it's been just fine.

This sounds like a silly question, but what case size did you get? I just want I make sure I get the right one!

The protec small will handle an 18 inch bell and 46 inch long.
