Diversive Elements Euph Part

Hey Tubenet,
I'm wondering if anybody has a copy of the euph part to Gillingham's diversive elements they can pdf to me? I own the piece (did it a few years ago), but the last time I did it my partner in crime failed to return the part, and has subsequently lost it. I'd be forever grateful.. I'll even include you under the acknowledgement section of the next program, along with hearty hand shake/high five next time I see you.
