I watched Pawn Stars tonight. Someone brought in a commemorative sleeve. The Sgt Pepper Album cover sleeve had a Tuba and Sousaphone in "Arranging 2". Too bad they didn't make the final cut. Gandhi didn't make it either...
Is there more to the story?

Would have been cool to see a tuba on the cover, too bad only an alto horn appeared!
I think the double whammy of having a tuba plus a sousaphone was just too much low brass for any promotion company to comprehend. The tuba alone might have been able to sneak in under the cover of irony or some such.

Happiness is a warm tuba.

There is a Yellow Submarine "action figure" that features George Harrison with Sousaphone:

If you have an Ollies near you, check the toy aisle. I bought the whole set a few months ago for $6.99 each.
