What is the proper way to wear a sousaphone?

Neck? From the right? Yow... some people are WAY off.

Question -- why don't Sousaphone manufacturers offer alignment markings in the bell? It always seemed to me that when people put the horn together, it's based on best guesses, and then distorting your body to make it work. Isn't there really a "correct place" for the bell to be aligned?
