Cheating perspective?

Came by this photo on Facebook. Had to crop it to go under 256K.

From the wrap I would say it is a helicon in F.

But from its size relative to the lady, I find it too small for an F.

Any ideas?

I think there is an idea here for a great song lyric. Too bad only a few tuba players would get it.

The bottom slide doesn't look right for an F. It looks to be a Cerveny stencil, from the bell rim, but I'm thinking Eb. The main tube by the shoulder looks too long for F also, it looks like it goes way too close to the bell. Compare that to the one I had for several years...

The circle on my Eb is actually smaller, but that's because it's a bona fide circle, not a cheater wrap like this. I believe that's the Amati/Cerveny standard line going back a few decades; who knows what they've done pre-war etc. But as cambrook's info appears to be the very same instrument, I'd say the question was answered a couple posts back - it's F, and all that's left to discuss is what pitch the woman might be.
