Does anyone know how to buy the Salgueiro concerto?

I'm trying to buy the tuba and piano version of the Salgueiro tuba concerto.

I've been to the composers website and emailed him, but I have not received a response.

As far as I understand it, no publishers carry it.

Any ideas?

Try him on Facebook? Or Sergio? Or McCaslin? McCaslin played the crap out of it a couple of years ago in DC.
