My new todo list

Post by emcallaway »

Based on the "For Sale" section lately...

1. Buy used CC tubas in bulk shortly after the Christmas holidays when the people are dumping horns to pay off their credit card bills
2. Knock a few dents out and tidy up the finish on said horns
3. Hold the horns until the summer
4. Profit 8)

I sometimes hear folks refer to this practice as 'flipping'. For anyone who thinks this is a lucrative and attractive business... I can assure you that it's one hell of a lot of work 'knocking out a few dents'. I sometimes adjust my overhaul costs according to the number of burns, cuts, and bruises caused by choosing to be a part of this 'easy' business.
