129X Series comparisons

To get straight to the point, this October I will be in a situation where I will have a nice chunk of dough to spend on a horn, my only issue is gambling on a horn on TubeNet (because we all know these are the best deals, period).
Besides that, I was wondering about the differences between the miraphone's in the 129X series of horns. I've spent about a year on a 1291 BBb (five valve) and I really enjoyed the power and fullness I received from that horn, and the ability to shut down anyone who thinks they can play pedal tones. I've never played on a CC 129X before though, my private instructor won't bring his in. So I was wondering what CC 129X horn would be most like the BBb 1291 I have had horn time with, or even what would be better then that! I currently play on a Conn 52J as we speak, if that helps.
I understand that the best thing to do is to go seek out these horns and try them myself, but I don't have the money to road trip around the country trying out horns (as much as I would want too). Any kind of advice or justice would be appreciated!
