Is there anyone out there who owns a St Pete 206LDG gold brass EEb? I am seriously considering buying one.

My mistake: Yes the gold brass model. TE offers three versions: Nickel plated, Lacquered and Gold Brass.

FWIW, I live about an hour away from the Tuba Exchange and have tried several of their St. Petersberg EEb tubas . . . LOVED them. Not a Besson or York, but really nice for a bass tuba. Wouldn't mind owning one myself if I had a good reason to.

Sure, I can do that. It will be a while. I have to get the finances in order and then it takes 12 weeks for delivery.
