Pleasant Experience with MTS

A few weeks ago I was dragging the 191 home from Orchestra practice and when I took it out of the car I noticed one of the handles was coming apart. On closer inspection it was broken and the 'guard' was all that was holding it together. A few days later I called MTS, a pleasant person answered the phone and took my $12 + shipping (why buy one for $6 when you can buy two). They came in and I swapped out both handles. It wasnt the wrong part, it didn't take six weeks, and it didn't cost $450. Just an all around good experience.
