Flute part being covered by tuba - couple of questions

What is the actual range this guy is covering in this part - high and low?
Is this a 6/4 and what - make and pitch (BBb, CC, Eb or F)?

The tuba is, I believe, a Nirschl 6/4 CC. In the "Magic Flute" the part of Papgeno is played by a baritone so the tuba isn't playing a flute part. The aria has been arranged for various combinations of instruments over the years. Here's a version of the aria so you can see the range.
. I don't have perfect pitch so I don't know what key they are in but the range would be the same in any case. Hope this is helpful

The reason I said two flutes was that the screen at the end of the recording said it was from and arrangement for "Two Violins by Ernst Kovscic using Gerhard Braun's Edition for two flutes changes for trumpet and tuba by Carl Jakobsson".
This guy makes a big horn sing, wow!
