What mouthpiece should I get?

Post by joshua4788 »

Hello fellow tuba players! I need a mouthpiece for a somewhat resonable price. I want a mouthpiece for high range, produces a good full sound, and that is loud. I have a Helleburg now. I would like a thin rim, too.

If you have a Helleberg 120S now, get a Helleberg 7B to go with it.

Likely a good move.

Stick with your Helleberg, i used to use the same mouthpiece and I got a very full and loud sound on it. Its good for everything you'll want to do through college. Now as for the volume just push as much air as you can into it. Tell me what type of sousaphone you use and i will try to help you from there.
