Source for orchestra parts for John Williams concerto?

A friend has a shot at a concerto competition, but the organizers would (of course) like to know where they'd have to get the accompaniment parts from. Google says "Warner-Tamerlane", "Warner-Chappell" but none lead me to a source. Anyone?

I had the librarians at the orchestra I work for check into this for me (well for you, actually). It is available as a rental through Alfred:
