Has anyone had any experience playing with implant supported full bridges? Specifically I am speaking of the so called, "all on 4" system. This is the expensive alternative to full dentures.

No, but I played net to Lenny Jung, former principal tuba of The US Navy Band, Washington, DC, and he had full false teeth. They left two implanted stubbs onto which he hooked his false teeth. Lenny is an amazing player, although age, he's 95 or 96, has made him stop playing. A real old-style band player who played every note regardless of the complexity.

The best idea is just concentrate on the buzz and play. As Arnold Jacobs said many times, "Don't go by the feel, go by the product [sound]."

Good luck, Tusabtuba

I played next to Lenny in a band my freshman year of college about 16 (ouch!) years ago. Thats great to know he is still with us, what a great player and nice guy!
