Mouthpiece Question

Hello everyone,
I've been experimenting with mouthpieces lately and I wanted to know if its possible to get a laskey 30H rim on a PT48? I love the sound of the pt48 but I do not like the rim. If this is possible to do how would I go about doing it? Thanks everyone
