Tuba fusing question

I always here of the 2341 being fused, can a 1241 be fused as well? Specifically the bottom bow and bell of a york monster eflat?

It depends on which state you are in. I mean, if like two to tubas get married, whats next 2 flutes? The Bible doesn't say anything about two flutes?

Yes. Sorry. Had a hard time phrasing it. I didn't know if there were any tremendous differences between the 1241 and 2341. Im looking to mate a 1241 valve set with a york monster EEb Bell and bottom bow.
