0.2K/sec for 3118K =260 minutes = 4 hr 20 min.
I'll leave it running over the weekend at work. Maybe it'll finish?
A few points. 1) how long is this? 3MB is large. Mybe lower the bitrate? Try another compresion tool, maybe ogg-vorbis.
What's the speed of the link su[ppiosed to be? 0.2K/s is dialup speed.

the email is: tubateer123@yahoo.com
password is: 123123
please dont reply to that e-mail and dont delete the message with the attachement.
sorry for the inconvenience... I dont know how to do it other way...

Sounds pretty good for a first effort! I thought that the break strain might be tweaked to better lead in to the trio, but you obviously have some good ideas going here. If you are like me, one of the proudest moments you can have is to hear a full band playing one of your compositions. After the first one, I don't think you'll have any trouble motivating yourself to continue. Hope to see your name in a publisher's list in the future.

It did finish. 3M for a 199 second 128Kbps stereo MP3 file.ThomasDodd wrote:Maybe it'll finish?Anterux wrote:Here is a march I finished today for windband.

I also got the other version. 1.5MB, this time 64Kbps. The 128K version sounds a little better, but given the MIDI instruments not enough to matter.
No bad. It's worth looking at. Got anyone interested in playing it yet?
What's the instrumentation?
I'll let the director of my community band hear the mp3. He might be interested in reading it. Might make the next program. As far as I know is still TBD.
