All of these three Beethoven duets linked to come in versions for F horn & bass tuba and for F horn & contrabass tuba.
There also are versions for various constellations of euphs and tubas. (And for English horn & F horn). Not necessharily in the same keys as the above links lead to. May take a bit of navigation up the folder hierarchy.

If the game is about horn and euphonium, then there is a transposed version of Mozart's sonata for bassoon & cello here:

Forgot my standar sermon about sending me an email via the button to the right if one wants an invitation. bloke has gotten one, but the offer goes for all TubeNet'ters.
Again there are versions for diverse constellations of low brasses available.

Here Weyse’s Sonata for 2 bassoons in a C major version for F horn and Bb euphonium. One step above the original Bb major, but still fairly low for the horn. Just made this version. There are several versions for horns or for low brasses, but I only combined horn and euphonium today.

Weyse is the main composer of Danish romances. This sonata was written in 1804. In my ears it is melodic like young Beethoven, but with darker tonalities more like the Mozart sonata.

If you have a reasonable pianist, you may do Rossini’s cat duet in a version for horn and cimbasso:
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Yor ... n/Brasses/
Again available for all sorts of low brasses (and other instruments). All versions are in the original key, and hence they are compatible, because of the piano part, which is available from IMSLP (also for free):
http://imslp.org/wiki/Duetto_buffo_di_d ... ioacchino)
As an alternative to the piano part I made a guitar part, which comes in plain music as well as in tablature:

Treble Clef reading F tuba player is ready to play anything with a horn; flute duets, you name it. Octaves being correct, not so much.
