Does anyone know the hours that Mack Brass is open? Their website does not say and my phone calls are not going through.

Not sure, but you can either email Tom or he also posts here frequently, and may even read this post. Could just be holiday hours/vacation, too. He typically seems easy to contact.

As far as I know, Tom still doesn't operate a showroom like a typical store.
He used to run the business out of his home/garage, until he found that he needed more space for processing instruments in/out.
Now he has a warehouse, as noted on his webpage.
Your best bet is to e-mail him.
