just a heads up,
This years International Euphonium and Tuba Festival (IET) artist list is posted.
it includes:
Brian Bowman - University of North Texas
David Childs - Royal Welsh College of Music
Lauren Veronie Curran - The US Army Field Band
Adam Frey - Georgia State, Reinhardt & Emory Universities
Brian Meixner - Highpoint University
Don Palmire - Principal Euphonium, The US Army Band
Ron Davis - South Carolina Philharmonic, USC
James Gourlay - Artistic Director, River City Brass Band
Jay Hunsberger - Sarasota Orchestra, Univ of South Florida
Igor Krivokapic - Composer and Helicon Specialist
Patrick Sheridan - International Tuba Soloist, The Brass Gym
It's from June 21-27 at Emory University in Atlanta. I've attended for the last 6 or so years and I really love it, you get to play a bunch and because of the size of the festival, you get to be up close and personal with the artists (to include private lessons).
