Gergiev and the Mariinsky Orchestra

The Mariinsky Orchestra with Valery Gergiev conducting will perform works of Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev tonight (Wed. Jan. 28) at Carnegie Hall. This concert will stream live at medici.tv.
Our own Derek Fenstermacher (of the NJ Symphony) will be in the tuba section. He has been subbing regularly with the Mariinsky when they are in NY.
