The age of two Tubas!

Post by ainslo »

Hi All,

Apologies for not finding the age lists myself, I seem so have forgotten where they are and even out googled myself.

I have two tubas to date

1 Boosey and Hawkes Imperial BBb 3 valve serial 426751

2 Besson New Standard EEb 4 valve compensating serial 497411

recently acquired these two beauties and wondered how old they are, both in pretty good condition and awaiting a good service!
Many thanks in advance, I know someone will be able to help ;o)
