Questions about doing some repairs/mods before I sell.

Hello all!
I have a few questions for you.
I’ve been considering selling my Gronitz PF-125 for a little while now, but before I put it up for sale I am soliciting some advice.
Background: I traded my 983 for this horn with a tubenetter back in 2008, maybe if he chimes in he can add a little to the history. It’s an awesome playing horn with a few interesting things. At some point in its life, someone lowered the leadpipe to fit a shorter individual. I’m 6’5” tall, so while this hasn’t been a terrible inconvenience, it makes playing sitting down a little bit awkward. I’ve spoken with a repair technician who says resoldering it into its original position shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve also considered bringing it off the bell entirely, which seems to be en vogue these days. Is this wise?
The fifth valve is the older style two whole step/tritone (I have the extension). Would the cost of having it cut to a flat whole step be worth it when trying to sell? Would that make it more attractive to potential buyers? Personally, I didn’t have a problem adapting to less-conventional set up, but I know that could present issues for others.
It also has an amado water key added to the second valve slide, which has been extremely convenient.
Are there any other things I can do to make this horn more attractive when I decide to part with it? Anything else I should consider?
Help is much appreciated, and photos are below.
Thanks again!
