I just noticed the mouthpiece in the picture; what is it?
Yes, I didn't notice the mouthpiece right away but could somebody identify it

I'm interested in learning more about that horn configuration. Is that a shoulder strap within the horn? A name/type or links to pictures/info would be appreciated.

What would be special about this mouthpiece? Looks like an old German one, maybe the Kölner type.
The instrument looks like the Herculesophone type of helicon.
