In need of a band part

Hi All,
I am looking for the 1st Eb Alto Sax part for a band arrangement of the tune CHESTER by William Billings. The arrangement is by Gerald Tolmage and it is from the STAFF MUSIC PUBLISHING Co, Copyright 1972 but now out of print. I've checked Pepper's, The Chatfield Band Library, IMSLP, bandmusicpdf.org as well as with the current owner of Staff Music's holdings but no one seems to have it. If any of you folks that play in community bands or maybe a school band with a library of older music and have this arrangement could perhaps make a pdf of the part, I would greatly appreciate it.
