Are there any 6/4 BATs in the Twin Cities area? If anyone is willing to help me out, I need to do a "trunk check" to see if a tuba with a 20" bell would fit in my trunk. It would only take a couple of minutes to try it out, please let me know if you can help.

Not a bad idea, thanks Joe. Certainly not as much fun to talk shop with a couple of 2x4's, but it would help me know what fits in the trunk.

Thanks to Paul Maybery, I was able to confirm that a BMB 6/4 will, in fact, fit in my trunk. It actually fit pretty well. Thanks again, Paul!

My Martin has a 20" bell. It's not a 6/4 it's an Eb. I'm here in the Twin Cities.

I always do the scrape test on the door to rehearsal room, the door to the stage, the front door, garage doors, and anywhere the horn might be uncased even for a second.
