Thanks for the photos. I have always loved Booker T. There was a real energy in Memphis in those years. I had not known of BT's tuba history but in retrospect, it is consistent with traditional instrumentation.

Stock verbiage. Page history is online - nothing to see here. For a popular musician, the guy had a phenomenally stable personal life. The article doesn't say anything about tuba, but he did play baritone saxophone, which might scandalize some of you guys but what can I say, he was a cool dude. Booker T very talented besides Keyboards and Tuba,you can add Trombone and Bari Sax to the list of Intruments he plays.
