Your program should contain the following information:

-title
-composer (with birth and death dates)
-arranger (if applicable)
-your name (and instrument)
-your accompanist's name (and instrument)

I know this sounds obvious, but I've seen programs with this stuff left off. As far as where to find proram notes, the best place to start would be the book "Program Notes for Solo Tuba"... I don't remember the name of the author, but I'm sure someone on this board can help us out there.

If your pieces are not in there (some will inevitably not be) then you could include some biographical information about the composer; just Google their names and you ought to come up with something.

I'll try to think of something else to help you out, but now I have to warm up for my recital this afternoon!

Best of luck to you.
