Adam, nobody who knows for certain has chimed in, so I'm gonna to give it a stab. I'm quite certain I've seen that same photo before. I have no idea if was in a CD booklet (definitely not an LP jacket) or in book on Bruckner (or people around Bruckner's time). I don't think it's a rare photo, but I could be wrong.
