Hi, did a search but didn't find much. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get an arrangement of Crazy Train (by Ozzy) for tubas.

Having done quite a few arrangements for my tuba line in marching band, I'd say it'd probably be pretty easy to do it yourself. Just get some guitar and bass tabs... you'll have to figure out the vocal line by ear, but that doesn't take long.
