Just looked it up through the US site -- the starting bid is about US $820, and the "Buy It Now" is about US $830.

I'm not sure what that thing is but it looks like either an Italian or Indian pea-shooter. There's nothing wrong with Eb sousas. I've had plenty of them... ranging from some very good King 4V's, Martins, and Conn 28K's to some not-so-good old Yorks and Bueschers. There's NOTHING like a BBb sousa for a nice round sound. The BBb fingerings are actually very easy to learn and are only a slight departure from Eb fingerings. You won't regret learning the new fingerings and your choice of GOOD horns will be much better.
