Looks like the .750 bore King BBb. The smooth ferules, which look lighter colored (like nickel) and the valves do not look like they are tilted like on the .687 bore CC & BBb. The .687 was produced in CC and BBb. I believe Paul Haugen in Wisconsin had a BBb a few years back. I also saw one on Ebay. The tilted valves were a cool feature. Not exactly sure what they tried to accomplish. It is not that hard to just angle the spatulas.

Very fine videos. Thanks for posting them. Always seems to be something new in the world of "old" that we can enjoy and learn from.

Well, judging by what valves he presses to get certain notes, and assuming the clip was recorded and digitized at proper speed so the pitch is accurate, it's definitely BBb.

Baltimore Brass has a similar horn for sale, though this one has an upright bell. It's just marked "4V Rotary". That valve gear has the shortest stroke of anything I've played:
