I am trying to find the price value of a Martin Handcraft 3-valve tuba. All parts seem original. The cases (2) and mouth piece are included. The tuba is in excellent condition. Both the bell and the middle valve have the same serial number of 116245. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

in great condition +/-$1800 if it's top valves. Front valves add $500

Does it include a pair of tuning bits to link the mouthpiece to the mouthpiece receiver?
Pictures would come in handy, too!

Your instrument was made in 1935, (a good vintage: I have one from the same year that's a great player). Condition is important and usually these horns need a valve job. Pics will definitely help!

I think its brass? I appreciate the input. Now I need to decide whether to really sell it or not. It has sentimental value too!
