Most manufacturers make a B tuba which looks very much like that. How does it play?

The way the large ferrules don't line up and the approximate measurements makes me think Rudolf Meinl 4/4 B tuba. Looks more like a RM than Alexander 163, Meinl-Weston 20 or 25, or a Miraphone 186. I can't imagine that anyone would copy a Cerveny on purpose  . The braces and thumb ring looks like old B&S. I'm really not sure at all.
