Great Plains Regional Tuba Euphonium Conference

Hello Fellow Low Brass Enthusiasts!

The University of Central Arkansas proudly presents the 2005 Great Plains Regional Tuba Euphonium Conference to be held April 28-30. Tuba and euphonium faculty artists and students from Arkansas and surrounding states will be featured in recitals, clinics and masterclasses during this three-day event. The Grand Gala Concert at the Reynolds Performance Hall on Saturday, April 30 at 7:30 PM will feature America's premiere euphonium-tuba ensemble, Symphonia www.dwerden.com/symphonia and also internationally renowned euphonium virtuoso Steven Mead in concert with The UCA Wind Ensemble. Events will be held at the Snow Fine Arts Center and at the Reynolds Performance Hall both on the campus of UCA. Yes...Woodwind Brasswind will be there along w/ other exhibitors and they'll have instruments. Hopefully they'll have the tubas that I'm considering (Meinl Weston 2155 and Conn 56J). Please come if you can make it.
